With a combination of weight lifting, an extreme but simply, diet change and intermittent fasting, I was able to make this a reality and I don't plan on stopping. Thank you so much for all the time, effort and sweat you put into coaching me this summer. You are truly an inspiration and I am so happy to have you in my life. Your constant support, motivation, and guidance helped me get to where I am now and will continue to push me. Words can't even describe how thankful I am for you and all you've done for me.
