WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No problem! I create personalized at-home training programs that requires minimal gym equipment. If you don't have any equipment, no problem at all!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?
It will take about 4-5 business days for me to create your plan, but together we will determine on a start date for you.
WILL I HAVE CHEAT MEALS?
HOW DO YOU CREATE THE PERSONALIZED NUTRITION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS?
You will receive detailed questionnaire. These questions will be surrounded by your lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness level. After you fill out the questionnaire, I will curate your plan from there.
Yes! Your customized nutrition plan is tailored to the foods you like so you do not feel like you are on a "diet". However, there are some days you will be allowed a cheat meal depending on your goals and progress.
DO I HAVE TO GIVE UP ALCOHOL?
I would be a total hypocrite if I told you no. You do not have to give up alcohol to lead a balanced life. I am not saying it is okay to drink a whole bottle of wine, but I will give you "healthier" options you can have without feeling guilty.
HOW MANY TIMES WILL YOU CHECK-IN WITH ME?
If you sign up for one of my Elite Program, you can contact me 24/7 through email if you have any questions. I will be checking in with you once a week to analyze and make any necessary changes to your plan as you progress. All of my clients will also have access to my community Facebook group to share your journey and connect with other clients, just like YOU!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T KNOW A CERTAIN EXERCISE?
You will have access to my exercise library, included with short descriptions and narratives on how to properly execute the exercise.
